Shipping Policy

PAN India

We primarily ship our products via Delhivery & Bluedart courier services. Kindly allow 2 business days for processing before contacting us about your order. After shipment, the average time for delivery is within 4-5 business days. In case we do not have a particular product the delivery time line could be 7-10 working days since all our products are handcrafted and take a while to be produced.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the products. Products may need to be signed for upon delivery. If at all the customer is unable to be present to sign for their delivery kindly suggest an alternative, such as a family member, friend, neighbor, etc. DE’ANMA takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.

DE’ANMA is not responsible for damage or misplacement after the products are being delivered.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to sales@deanma.in on the day of delivery.

Tracking details are provided on WhatsApp when the order is shipped. If the customer did not receive the same they can mention the Order Number in their message to sales@deanma.in when requesting the tracking number.

DE’ANMA also offers COD orders.

International Orders –

If you’re based outside India, our products will be dispatched within 4-5 working days via DHL express delivery. The tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch. 

Shipping timelines may vary based on your location, however most parcels should arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch. Upon ordering, the shipping will be calculated at check-out based on your location.

Exchanges 

If the customer is not 100% happy with their purchase, we would do our best to exchange it for them. Kindly email us directly within 2 days of receiving the piece to request an exchange. International exchanges are subject to shipping charges (both back & forth) and will depend on your location. 

Duties

The customer may be subject to duties. It’s best to check the country’s regulations before ordering. Import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties might be charged depending on the customer’s location. The customer shall be responsible for these charges. DE’ANMA shall not be responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

Returns/Refunds 

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on deanma.in for international orders. All purchases are final.
