If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write to us within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com. Please mention the subject of the email as REPLACEMENT and also do mention your Order Number. Please include a description and photos of the defect. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchase.
If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pick up from the address of delivery and send you a fresh piece in a different size within 5-7 working days.
Our pieces, both clothing and jewellery, are handcrafted and can never be 100% an exact replica of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in picture on our website or any other portal.
