Since all our pieces are Handmade, sometimes there is a possibility that we might not have stock. In such a case the delivery time shall be 10-15 days. Your patience & trust matters to us.
After making a payment if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the shipment. The refund process shall begin soon after and may take up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. No cancellation fee shall be charged.
To cancel your order, please send us an email titled 'Cancel Order' on email@example.com. Please mention your Order Number in your message.
DE'ANMA takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person resulting in the package being misplaced after delivery. No refunds shall be issued in this case. It will be the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the goods.
If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to customer error like wrong address/contact information, cancellation, or consistently not being present to accept the shipment after repeated delivery attempts, then we will issue a refund minus the courier and packing charges.
If you believe you have received a product that has some kind of major manufacturer defect or damage that would hinder the use of the product, please write us an email within 24 hours of delivery titled 'Replacement' to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention your Order Number in your message along with a description and photos of the defect. If there is indeed some genuine manufacturer error, and depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount coupon code that you can use on a future purchase.
If there was some issue with the delivery and it has been set for return by the courier, for a wrong address or the customer not being present or a similar situation, we can only issue a refund minus the courier charge.
COD orders shall only be exchanged or replaced. No returns or refunds shall be made.
